Mr. Kocher was employed by MRB Group, P.C. and its predecessor Hershey, Malone and Associates for over 20 years. He was the Principal Owner in charge of MRB Group's Surveying Division prior to his purchase of the survey group and incorporation as Kocher Surveying, P.C. in July 2003. He earned a B.S. Degree from Cornell University, became licensed in the State of New York in 1986 and has over 28 years experience in the surveying profession.
Kocher Surveying has a staff of professional and experienced employees, presently consisting of 3 Licensed Land Surveyors with over 90 years of combined experience, Crew Chiefs, Instrument Persons, CADD Technicians, Administrative assistants, and office managers.
